Depending on your level of comfort, there are options to sit or lay down.
What to bring
Pillow and blanket. (Some provided, but limited). Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring a bottle of water.
If you’re unable to attend our Monthly Sunday Meditations, weekly class are held every Monday at 7.30pm
