How to prepare for class?
Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. You may wish to light a candle, diffuse some essential oils or dim the lights. Make your space inviting , relaxing and comfortable. Use may use a yoga mat, a towel or blanket to lay down on. You may wish to have a pillow and blanket handy also.
A glass or bottle of water, to keep you hydrated.
