Mind & Body Classes with ChiBall

This class is a fusion of TaiChi/Self healing with Qigong, Rythmic/Chakra/Bollywood Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Relaxation and Meditation. The chiball is used as a prop and massage tool incoporated into various sections of the class.This class will improve your energy levels, flexibility, balance, strength and concentration.  Used for weight loss and also detoxifies and re-balances the internal system. Each week the combination of these modalities creates a balanced, rejuvenating workout for the mind/body, to suite any age or fitness level!

Relaxation/Meditation 

Breathing and Relaxation classes includes gentle ideas on how to meditate.  Enjoy an hour of pure peace and relaxation.

Abs, Tone & Stretch

Mind & Body Focus introduces a class that will include an overall total body workout focusing on strengthening the body using light weights and Pilates core movements.  Each class will finish off with stretching using the ChiBall and relaxation to create balance and harmony in the body.   Feel toned, energised and balance when you leave.
