Rita took over one-hundred, year 11 and 12 students along with eight staff, on a fabulous journey into the world of Bollywood Dancing on the first night of our VCE Camp. The girls easily followed her graceful, calm lead and soon the hall was filled with energy, amazingly synchronised movements and then a conga line! It was a brilliant start to our camp and the students rated it as one of their most favourite activities – certainly an experience not to be missed! She also ran the Mind and Body sessions over the next day giving the girls a combination of Taichi/dance movement/pilates/ relaxation and meditation. It was so well received and enjoyed by the girls and teachers!"

I Have been attending Mind and Body Focus for Meditation, Relaxation and to develope a greater flexibility. I am 49 years of age and have played competitive sport all my life and carry lasting injuries which need to be managed in a proffesional and correct manner. The stretch and Tone classes conducted by Rita have enabled me to obtain great flexibility and also developing my core muscles, which has taken away 90% of my back pain.
