'Mind & Body Focus offers a unique fusion

of movements to release tension and energise your whole being and achieve balance and harmony' 

Classes

Classes are a fusion of TaiChi/Self healing with Qigong, Rythmic/Chakra/Bollywood Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Relaxation and Meditation. The chiball is used as a prop and massage tool incoporated into various sections of the class.  Each week the combination of these modalities creates a balanced, rejuvenating workout for the mind/body, to suite any age or fitness level!

Workshops

Come along and enjoy seasonal Workshops.  The day will allow the individual to learn tools/ideas to use throughout each season.  Learn steps to finding inner peace and happiness.  Rejuvenate, relax and energise your body and soul, or come and just have a day of fun!

Organisation/Corporate

Mind & Body classes in the workplace provide balance and harmony to the individual by improving posture, strength, flexibility, energy levels and focus. These benefits creates assertiveness and enhances work performance.

One-on-One Sessions

Sessions are designed to meet your specific needs in health and wellness.

Massage

Each individual massage involves a combination of relaxation, therapeutic, remedial and trigger point work, stretches and mobilizations which are tailored to suit your specific needs.  Massage assists wellness and is about staying healthy and on a regular basis will assist in relaxing tense muscles, improve muscle tone, increase range of motion, flexibility, keep you free from disease and able to do all the things that you want and need to do in your busy life.  All massages are performed in a nurturing, calm environment.

Reiki

Reiki (‘rei’ universal life ‘ki’ energy) is a Japanese healing technique done with the gentle touch of hands. It is non-intrusive and will pass through clothing so that no disrobing is necessary.  Letting go of unwanted habits and attitudes accumulated over time allows positive energy to flow throughout your mind and body.  Reiki reduces stress and encourages relaxation which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities to improve and maintain health.  This hands-on healing technique channels universal energy through the practitioner to the recipient to clear negative energies from the body, creating calmness and peace within.
